Lily's Florist Santa Clara highly respects its current and future customers, we respect your privacy, and take it very seriously. As such, we have compiled a detailed Terms & Conditions, and Privacy page that ‘draws a line in the sand’ to give us both the security we need moving forward.
Flower Delivery - general
First of all, if you order flowers from us either online, or via calling a flower expert, we guarantee that the flowers received will meet yours, and our, expectations in terms of both quality and vase life.
Lily's Florist Santa Clara charges a service fee of $12 on all orders. The fee is designed to cover some costs we incur including things like marketing, and other operating costs.
When you order flowers we are unable to give you a time of when the flowers will be delivered as we are subject to the likes of both traffic and stock coming into the store from our suppliers. We will say this though - we will get your order out to loved ones as quickly as possible. Generally speaking, orders placed with Santa Clara Florist may be delivered as late as 7pm to a home address or 5pm to a local Santa Clara business address. Whilst flowers are not usually delivered that late, from time to time, during holiday periods like Valentine’s week and Christmas, that may be the case.
If Lily's Florist Santa Clara is unable to delivery your flowers we will provide you with a refund within 48 hours of, what was, the proposed delivery date.
To ensure you qualify for a same day delivery you must have placed your order with us by 2pm the day of the flower delivery - Monday to Friday. On Saturday, you must order before 10am.
If for some reason, for example, you are sending new baby flowers to someone in a maternity ward and they have checked out, but you have already ordered, you must contact us as soon as possible after placing the order, usually it’s advised to call us within 30 minutes. If we don’t hear from you within that time frame we will deliver the flowers as instructed.
The same goes for making changes to an order - like adding a name to a gift card.
How To Pay
You can pay super safely by PayPal, you can also use credit cards like American Express, VISA, and MasterCard. We use a high level SSL certificate so your personal data is very safe.
If We Need To Substitute Flowers
Although it’s very rare there are influences like supplier stock, the weather, and the seasons, that can affect flower supply. If, for some reason, you have ordered something that is not in stock we will replace that flower with another flower at least to it’s value without notifying you. We will never replace a Red Rose with with other flower, though we may replace a Pink Rose with a Purple Rose.
If There Is An Issue
In the unlikely event that there is any issue with the product received you must contact us within 24 hours, you must also share with us at least 3 photo’s of the flowers so we can properly investigate for you. Once we have all the information we will get back to you with some suggestions on how to rectify the situation.
